Atlantic Hockey has announced that Bentley senior forward A.J. Hodges has been named the Player of the Week.

Hodges registered his first career hat trick and handed out two assists in Bentley’s 6-2 win over Niagara on Friday night. The Littleton native had a hand in five of the six goals the Falcons scored and was credited with the game-winning tally in the victory.

His point production led the conference in scoring on the weekend. Hodges finished the weekend with four shots on goal and 13 faceoff wins.

This is his first Atlantic Hockey weekly honor.

Back home, Hodges played for the Colorado Thunderbirds and Littleton Hawks.
