Evolution grad, Boulder native Stevens picks up weekly accolades from USPHL
The USPHL announced today that Lake Tahoe Lakers defenseman Luke Stevens is the Pacific Division Defenseman of the Week.
Stevens, a 2002 birth year from Boulder, is getting it done everywhere, whether it’s leading the Lakers in shorthanded time on ice with 2:43 per game, to leading the league in blue line scoring with 13 goals and 12 assists for 25 points in nine games.
This past weekend against the Ontario Jr. Reign, he posted five goals and four assists for nine points.
During his youth hockey days, Stevens skated for the Colorado Evolution.
