The Central Division Star of the Week for the EHL is forward Jake Lindstrom from the New York Apple Core.

The ’04 native of Broomfield put up eight points (two goals, six assists) in three games this week.

Lindstrom had a goal and an assist in his team’s 4-1 win over Providence Hockey Club. The following day, he put up a goal and four assists in a 10-3 win over Providence. Lindstrom also chipped in an assist in a 4-1 win against the New Jersey Bears.

In 17 games with the Apple Core, Lindstrom has 21 points (seven goals, 14 assists).

The Apple Core have won 10 straight and are currently chasing the Railers Jr. Hockey Club in the Central Division.

During his youth hockey days, Lindstrom spent time with the Rocky Mountain RoughRiders.
