Atlantic Hockey has announced that Army West Point forward Brent Keefer is the Rookie of the Week.

Keefer logged three points in three games this past weekend for the Black Knights.

The Colorado Springs native scored Army’s first goal and provided the primary assist on game-tying goal in the final minute against Sacred Heart on Jan. 9. He registered his second helper of the week in Army’s series opener with Holy Cross.

This is his first career Atlantic Hockey weekly honor.

During his youth hockey days, Keefer skated for the Colorado Springs Tigers and Rocky Mountain RoughRiders.
