The USPHL has announced that Wisconsin Rapids Riverkings goalie Deaken Shaw is the North Premier Division Goaltender of the Week.

Shaw (‘06/West Valley City) went 1-0 with a 14-save shutout win against the Steele County Blades on Jan. 4.

In his first Premier season, this is Shaw’s third shutout win. He has a .935 save percentage and 1.66 goals-against average.

Back in Utah, Shaw played for the West Coast Renegades and Wasatch Renegades.
