Last month, the WHL held its two-day draft, starting with the 2022 U.S. Prospects Draft and wrapping with the 2022 WHL Prospects Draft.

Four Colorado natives were selected by WHL teams in the U.S. draft.

1st round, 4th overall – Harrison Boettiger (Wheatridge), G, Lethbridge Hurricanes

1st round, 14th overall – Jeremiah Roberts (Monument), D, Red Deer Rebels

2nd round, 23rd overall – Ben Davis (Denver), F, Medicine Hat Tigers

2nd round, 31st overall – Quinten Flores (Arvada), D, Red Deer Rebels
