RoughRiders alum, Denver native O’Connor heading to Montana for college hockey career

The NA3HL’s West Bend Power have announced that forward Quinn O’Connor has committed to play ACHA Division II college hockey for the University of Montana.

This past season, the Denver native showed a tremendous amount of improvement and development offensively from his first season in the league.

For the Power in the 2025-26 season, O’Connor recorded 49 points in 44 games on 17 goals and 32 assists — almost doubling his point production from the previous season (28 points in 40 games) for the Power.

O’Connor’s best offensive performance of the season came against the Wisconsin Woodsmen on Dec. 6. In that game, O’Connor recorded three points, including two goals, in the Power’s commanding 11-1 win over the Woodsmen.

Back home, O’Connor skated for the Rocky Mountain RoughRiders.
