The USPHL has announced that Rockets Hockey Club forward Spencer Hecklinger has been named the Mid-Atlantic Division Forward of the Week.

Hecklinger, an ‘02 out of Denver, was a huge factor in the Rockets’ success to start the new year.

The right winger record four goals and four assists at the USPHL Northern Cyclones Showcase, including a three-point performance against the host Cyclones, as the Rockets finished the showcase as the only team to go undefeated.

Back in Colorado, Hecklinger played for the Colorado Evolution and Rocky Mountain RoughRiders.
