Denver native, Heritage, Krivo, LHA alum Sexton signs for ’26-27 with NA3HL’s Cyclones
The NA3HL’s Wausau Cyclones have signed forward Colin Sexton to a tender agreement for the 2026-27 season.
Sexton, a Denver native, comes to Wausau after playing for Heritage High School and the Littleton Hawks’ 18U AA team last season. He put up 16 goals and added nine assists in 16 games with Heritage and two goals with six assists for eight points playing for the Hawks.
“We are very pleased that Colin chose to sign with us in Wausau,” said former Cyclones head coach and GM of hockey operations Nathan Oystrick. “Colin is a heady player that makes great decisions with and without the puck. He has great speed, makes plays, and has a very high motor, all while being in the right place offensively and defensively. He is a leader on and off the ice and is someone with great character that we think will fit in perfectly in the locker room.
“We are excited to see what he can accomplish at the next level.”
Back home, Sexton also skated with the Krivo School of Hockey Elite.
