Brock Stevenson put together a solid season in 2025-26, recording 85 points in 53 games for the USA Hockey 16U AAA national champion Okanagan Hockey Colorado.

He also saw time in the USHL with the Sioux City Musketeers, where Stevenson will play in 2026-27, and this past spring, committed to NCAA Division I Massachusetts where he’ll play at the end of his junior career.

“The opportunity arose to commit to UMass came earlier in the year when they started watching me play,” said Stevenson. “And things really ramped up after Nationals. We do not have a certain timeline as when I’ll start as a freshman. It all depends on my development.

“The great coaching staff and the feel around the UMass campus really appealed to me. My family and I have always had academics as a priority ever since I was young, but I’m not fully sure what I’ll be studying yet.”

Born in Milton, Ont., Stevenson grew up in Colorado playing for the Littleton Hawks, Colorado Thunderbirds and Okanagan.

“I started playing hockey in Milton when I was three years old, so hockey has always been in my blood,” said Stevenson, who now calls Littleton home. “A few coaches that have had a big impact on me as a person and a player are Lev Cohen, Kyle Ostrow, Richard Matvichuk, and John Mitchell.”

His future plans coming to fruition, Stevenson isn’t stopping at setting goals for the immediate future.

“I want to play in the NHL and have a successful career overall,” said Stevenson.
