Pleasant Grove native Stubbs cops monthly honors from FPHL after 34 points in 17 games
The Federal Prospects Hockey League has announced that Binghamton Black Bears forward CJ Stubbs has been selected the Player of the Month for October/November.
Stubbs played 17 games for the Black Bears during the first two months and is leading the league in scoring with 10 goals and 24 assists for 34 points. His best game occurred on Nov. 26 versus Danbury with a five-point night (3-2-5) and Nov. 8 against the Dashers with a hat trick and an assist for four points. He also had five games where he accumulated three points. He also leads the league with 24 assists and five game-winning goals.
The 31-year-old native of Pleasant Grove, Utah, attended Morrisville State University from 2015-19 and was a member of the 2025 FPHL champion Black Bears team and is in his second year with the Black Bears in 2025-26.
