Colorado Springs native Peterson signs NAHL tender with Jackalopes
The NAPHL’s T1ER League has announced that Biggby 18U forward Zachary Peterson has signed an NAHL tender agreement with the Odessa Jackalopes for the 2025–26 season.
Peterson, 17, is a Colorado Springs native in his first season with the Biggby program, where he’s already made an immediate impact with five points through 12 games.
He showcased his scoring touch at the T1ER/T1EHL Invitational, finding the back of the net in three of the four games played at the event, including his standout performance on Oct. 31 against Indiana Elite. In that pivotal T1ER matchup, Peterson delivered when it mattered most, burying the overtime winner to secure the victory.
Back home, Peterson played for the Rocky Mountain RoughRiders and Colorado Springs Tigers.
