The USPHL has announced that Metro Jets forward Robert Grasso is the Midwest East Premier Division Forward of the Month for December.

Grasso, a third-year Metro Jets Development Program player from Broomfield, registered a line of 7-5-12 during 10 games over December.

Grasso has 22 points in 26 games for the season so far, and for his three-year career, the ‘04 forward has 82 points in 114 games. He also has nine points in the postseason as the MJDP has made three straight nationals trips and are hoping to make it four this spring.

Growing up in Colorado, Grasso skated for the Boulder Hockey Club and Monarch High School.
